Your eyes

exact color as the sky

The white at your throat

snow covered mountains

Glimpses of blue

As clouds part

And eyes open

All day I looked up

and felt that same sunny stillness

Today is a washed-out hue

And I find I'm a little bit sad

that colors have changed

And no longer match
